Other details: I was turning the boat on a sharp break. The fish hit as the line went slack. I thought it was a very large Northern Pike because it made several runs away from the boat. Once it slowed I knew I had a very large walleye. Catch and Release!

Other details: I was river fishing, the current was real strong, i could see my hook (black and yellow 5diamonds) thought.... watch my hook disappear! And it did!! Caught the beauty walleye!! Pulled it up on shore, hook let loose! Just about lost it!! Quick thinking i grabbed it and put it in a bucket!! So awesome!! My heart was just pounding!
